What standard tolerances can you achieve?
Our standard machining tolerance is consistently within ±0.01mm. For critical dimensions, we can achieve high-precision requirements down to ±0.005mm, which meets the rigorous demands of precision instruments and high-accuracy assembly.
Which design and drawing formats do you accept?
We can program and machine directly from 2D drawings (PDF format) and various 3D models (including STEP, STP, and CAD files). Additionally, we offer reverse engineering and measurement services if you only have a physical sample.
What types of CNC machining equipment do you utilize?
Our workshop supports 3-axis, 4-axis, and advanced 5-axis simultaneous CNC machining. This spectrum allows us to efficiently handle everything from standard volume parts to highly complex 3D contour configurations.
Do you support secondary operations and surface finishes?
Yes. We provide comprehensive post-processing, including standard to mirror-like finishes, and surface treatments such as sandblasting, anodizing, plating, electrophoretic coating, brushing, and painting.
What industries do your precision parts apply to?
We regularly serve key sectors including Industrial Automation (joints, brackets, mounts), Medical Devices (housings, fixtures), and Automotive Manufacturing (chassis parts, engine blocks, gears).
Do you offer low-volume prototype manufacturing?
Absolutely. We offer tailored solutions for the entire product lifecycle, starting from prototype development and low-volume production runs up to large-scale batch manufacturing.
